I do love the shoes. It's just I bought them because I thought they would be a wide fit and they most definitely were not. Not even as a 12M which I wear a size 12 for the most part in any shoe brand. These I couldn't even wear with socks on. I had to take my socks off and wear them barefoot. So as cute and stylist they are, if you're of a wide foot variety, these will not fit with anything other than nylon like socks or stockings. I will wear them just its just frustrating that they're actually smaller than a regular size 12. Something unrelated to the boots is that, I enjoyed how quickly they got to me. As well as how the delievery person delievered them which I know has nothing to do with Journee themselves haha

I still have not received them. The first two pair were too small. I exchanged them for the correct size, but have received them. :(. It’s been two weeks… When can I expect to receive them?

They came during a snow storm. I got FedEx alerts for each step of delivery. The box was not damaged at all.

Hard to make contact with

hese aren't extra wide calf. They have some extra room but I still had to force them over to get them to zip. They aren't wide width, but they aren't pinching my feet either. Thats why they get a 4 instead of a 3. A 2 inch down and across swatch of elastic in the back in a hidden panel would be what woulf make these boots a 5
