They are the best heels I have ever put on my feet! They are so comfortable and easy to walk in! I love the height and the style of these as well and the color is PERFECT. Can’t wait to wear these for graduation and will definitely purchase from Journee again!

Dear Journeys Team, I’m writing as a long-time, loyal customer who has consistently relied on your brand for both work and everyday footwear. I am extremely disappointed to learn that the Winslow flat (black, pointed toe) has been discontinued. This shoe has been a staple in my wardrobe for years. It was one of the few styles that truly balanced comfort, quality, and a polished look suitable for both professional and everyday wear. This wasn’t an occasional purchase for me — I consistently bought multiple pairs at a time (typically 5–6), in black and tan, simply because I knew I could rely on them. That level of repeat purchasing should say everything about the demand and value of this style. Since its discontinuation, I’ve spent days and weeks searching your site and other retailers trying to find this shoe or even a comparable option. Unfortunately, nothing comes close. The newer designs feel like a downgrade in both function and overall style. It’s genuinely frustrating to see a product with clear customer loyalty be removed, only to be replaced with options that don’t meet the same standard. It gives the impression that customer preference isn’t being taken into consideration when these decisions are made. I don’t expect this message to change anything, and I’m not confident it will even reach someone who has influence over these decisions. But as a loyal customer, it’s disappointing enough to say something — and honestly, enough to reconsider where I continue to shop.

All the styles are very cute, but of the 3 shoes I tried none fit right. Wide should be wide in the forefoot--metatarsal and toes. Also, tall of the shoes are synthetic; it would be better if some were leather.
