Haven’t received the shoes

terrible. feet are bleeding. not comfortable. does not fit good at all. was not secure at all. walked dumb by the end of 8 hours. never again.

I would like to exchange this, but since it is a final sale no return, apparently that means no exchange options either. Is fine - I will try to order next size up, but just could be more service friendly if exchange were permitted.

Their service is quick and professional

Two times I’ve been sent the wrong size…. . I’m over it!

I did not like the shoe that I ordered, but the return fees are so outrageous. I refuse to spend that much money to return the shoes so I will not be purchasing from Journee again.

Pay return fee is absurd

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and noticed it right away. I sent an email to customer support immediately. They informed me there was nothing they could do, and recommended I order my correct size to ensure I would receive the pair I wanted (without a refund or return). Because of course they would get their money either way. Doesn’t matter if I’m satisfied. Awful. Will not order from them again.
