I love the wide width and extra cushion this brand has

I love the brand and what it stands for but the size 11 fits are always too big for me. Shipping is usually fast and packages are delivered on time and intact.

Can't track without an app. And the shoes weren't as cute. The red was dull, not the pop they showed in the picture. They are not wide width in any sense and run very small. I can usually get away with an 11. 5 and I would need at least a 13. 5 if not bigger to make these not hurt and look like my feet are spilling out. Stop putting pointy toes on wide width Mary Jane's!

Shipping sucks.

I will not purchase from this company again. To charge you for returning and or exchanging is not good service in my opinion. The sizing is not right and they are uncomfortable.

How can you get the sizing so wrong within your own brand???? I have at least 4 pairs of heels through you guys (primarily bought through JC Penny) one sized 8M and three size 9M (all of the previous purchases fit comfortably) so when I bought 4 pairs of heels from you in size 9M I would expect them to fit like your other heels. You clearly didn’t account for that 1&1/2 -2 inches of unusable space in the most pointy part of the shoe. Please fix this.

Don't bother with these. They are extremely small, and very slippery on hard floors. The only decent thing about these shoes are the color.

The shoe is very nice. I just need to exchange them for an 8. 5W. I can’t fit an 8. 5M comfortably at all and that’s the size that was sent to me. I hope I can exchange them.

The shoes were for a wedding and the package was going to arrive in time, it got delayed and im still waiting for the delivery. They Journee that I had to wait. No other option.
