Order has not arrived

Zero on returns!

Nice organiser but it doesn’t come with enough metal dividers if you have lots of lids to organise like I have. Not an option to order more and they wouldn’t supply me with anymore either when I asked customer service. A real shame for what’s otherwise a great product.

Appalling, never delivered, no communication

Ordered a colour which was no longer available. Customer services contacted me and offered a different colour with the sale price honoured. Was happy with that.

Works much better than other lever corkscrews I have used

Over a month and still not arrived. No decent update or response for customer service. The last product I’ll buy from j&j

Still not delivered

Ordered on the 26th November, still waiting and no one is replying to my messages.

Still haven’t received my order

Can’t say really. Evri shipping is diabolical so I have not received it, despite them claiming they have delivered it. It seems Evri is a pretty awful company and the ethical thing would be for Joseph and Joseph to use a different company that treats is delivery drivers better. Maybe if Evri lose business they will amend their apparently rotten culture. Hopefully Joseph and Jospeh will on get back to me about the item not arriving. I tried Evri customer service but ended up in an electronic phone queue that ultimately told me they were having technical difficulties and to call back later. System must have crashed due to the overwhelming number of irate customers complaining about their confirmed delivery being vapourware.

Go for DPD & avoid Evri.
