I have never had a problem with shipping or service at Joseph Joseph.

Excellent service and shipping. They offer 2 year guarantee and my mop broke and they sent me a new one out after verifying the issue with mop via a video.

Better than expected

Definitely bye again from this company excellent Quality kitchen equipment

The UltraClean Microfibre Floor Mop Cleaning System is excellent! It allows just the right amount of floor cleaner and water (clean!) with every ‘plunge’ and the solution lasts much longer than I thought it would. Superb!

Well done

Easy and practical to clean windows and mirrors

Easy to use website. Items as described. Delivered swiftly with no hiccups.

Super slow delivery to a point I contacted customer services, received an auto response back saying I was 1000 and something in the queue and they would get back to me, still patiently waiting weeks later. Would I ever buy off this company again, sadly not! Which is a shame as I like their products. But my life is busy my time is precious I just want to order what I need and it to arrive in a timely manner, I don’t have the time to chase companies for what I had paid good money for.

1st bucket system smashed, second sent to wrong depot took 3 different delivery dates, terrible courier company. Having to order my mop system again when all I needed was a simple replacement but nothing on returns forms. Will think twice about buying direct from Joseph Joseph again. And believe me I'm a great fan and have products everywhere.

V good.
