Not received my order and despite contacting several times, no response.

Arrival was delayed but I see from correspondence that you have since changed the delivery company you use. That shows an excellent response to customer experience- thank you

A next day despatch; delivery was prompt and the order was well packaged.

I got caught up in the big delivery delays. Contacted the company who got my big items sorted right away. I was really impressed with the speed and ease of the replacement. I did have an issue with a smaller item ordered unfortunately this was out of stock. The problem I incurred was the total lack of communication regarding this, I had to enquire about it after a further delay in delivery before being told out of stock

Overall service has been good. The items arrived in good time and packaged well. Email correspondence was with AI and some wording could have been less triggering, but I worked out what I needed to do and didn't take it personally (because it's AI!) I am still waiting on my refund for some items I brought on the 9th Dec, return was received and confirmed by email on the 17th Dec which was 11 days ago, but I assume this is because of the Christmas delay. Thanks

Very poor customer service so far

This isn’t design so the cans roll to the front of the dispenser and it’s sort of fiddly to get the cans out. It does save fridge space but not as convenient as expected so not really worth it

My first order got lost in transit apparently. If I hadn’t have rung Customer Service, I would never have known. To be fair, it was sorted very quickly and all items sent out again and received in the next couple of days, still in time for an expected Birthday present.
