Good customer service regarding replacement product. Swiftly delivered.

Lovely pedal bin for our bathroom with smart bag storage.

Excellent

Very quick posting out. Boxes are a bit flimsy so good job the inner item wasn’t heavy otherwise it would have come out

Never had a problem ordering, receiving and using any item I’ve brought from Joseph & Joseph. Very well packaged and good communication on delivery times.

Dreadful customer service

Great basket, sturdy and folds flat, shipping fast and efficient.

It seems that one has to spend a lot of money to get the items that are designed well. If you spend on mid range items, design features are very ordinary.

A little slow on delivery - order took a week to arrive with no update communications between order and delivery. A great product worth waiting for though!

The shipping took longer then usual but it was worth the wait. I think it was the volume I ordered because everything i have ordered arrives on time.

From the second you lift this weighty beast out of the box you know you’ve bought a duality item. The finish and the mechanism are Rills Royce duality. You can see where the money is, especially when I compare it to the wirey Minky effort I got from Argos. I love the yellow clips against the grey. You almost want to show it off, like a new car Don’t think about the cost, you’re buying this like an investment!

Had to wait a few months to order the Ultraclean mop and had no luck getting through on the telephone. However, finally I received it and am very pleased.

Fabulous waste bin. It took me months to make the decision due to the cost being so high. But am glad I purchased it, although I bought the wrong colour. Its compact every thing goes in the one System, it doesn’t smell due to the filter. Even food waste tub fits snugly inside and out of the way. I had the old stacking waste bins with the sliding lids but the plastic had become brittle and cracked. Love it P. S. I wasn’t happy at the time it took to arrive !!

Used their contact when back into stock service - brilliaant

Zero stars.
