Order has not arrived?

Delivery made small mistake but soon rectified

It's really unexpected to be asked for a review of a dekayed product before receiving. There has been been no attempt to update us on the order

Ordered on 7th Dec. Missing in transit since 9th Dec Keep getting spammed with emails from you but not ever delivered before Christmas…

Had a few issues with shipping but customer service was excellent and it was resolved quickly

Brilliant.

Initially had a problem, with the delivery company, but Joseph Joseph sorted it out and changed delivery companies

Still waiting for my order and you don’t respond to any communication. So frustrating and unfair. It’s been nearly 4 weeks since you accepted the order and took the payment.

The first one I ordered did not arrive and I have to say it was a bit of a nightmare trying to get hold of anyone at Joseph Joseph , I sent numerous emails with no joy and there’s no contact telephone number so I was rather frustrated , someone did eventually reply and they sent a replacement out so all was well in the end but think they need to look at their customer service .

As. Said, not yet received.

Nice colour Large basket It could do with a catch or Velcro or something to hold it flat whilst being stored as it falls open.

Easy website to order from and fast delivery

Little point making what may prove to be a good product if you make little effort to ensure it will arrive in good order. Badly packaged. Not down to delivery agent.

Really poor response as not delivered to me and goods stolen in transit. Making it really hard to get a resolution. Lots of apologies but no action. Don’t bother

Shipping was fast but delivery service/provider unfortunately was really bad
