Love my new clothes airer. Solid build, compact yet with a large amount of customisable options for drying and airing options. Foldable flat for tidy storage. Cant get my head around the cover on it which we have chosen not to use. I guess it has utility if you are drying clothes in a common space like your living room and don’t want your underwear in full view - turned around it looks like a small piece of furniture but it does seem counterintuitive in terms of air circulation - blocks off airflow around your drying laundry from 3 sides. Additionally my issue with delayed arrival of my packages = original order was split with no communication, my subsequent request as to the seconds package’s whereabouts, the genuine attempt by the company to rectify by re sending the item and then the haphazard attempts to communicate the delayed receipt of the second part of the first order and trying to stop the resend of the second - package was enormous, awkward and required 2 people to move it so not just a simple matter of dropping it to post office to return it. Response times from Joseph were poor - email > 2-4 days understandable given time of year/volume of product but frustrating, avoidable and pretty poor post sale customer service. You could have live web chat, a local call centre - even limited hours or the big kicker - hire more staff for the seasonal rush. Regardless I love your brand with your unique, sturdy and visually appealing household range. My clothes airer - none like it elsewhere and I recommend it completely. Thanks - at the end of it all.

Haven’t received my order yet or had a response to my enquiry asking about where my order is.

Initial order packed poorly and arrived at my post office unsealed. Luckily only one product was damaged (a confirmation i had ordered quality products) and Joseph Joseph was quick to package better and replace the broken item.

The shipping was fast and I was kept informed of where my items were.

Fast service, quality product, good UI for website

Really disappointing. J&J in store has always been my go to, purchased online item and had a lot of issues with delivery. The worst of it was customer service experience with no local phone number and no response to emails apart from generic dismissive email responses with no solution posed . I would not recommend purchasing online for this product

Loved the product and would highly recommend

Everything arrived quickly and felt worth the Black Friday 2025 sale prices. Everything I bought was in perfect condition except for a spray mop. I’ve contacted support about this, and it’s been over a week since I’ve received help - I’m still waiting today. Joseph Joseph have apologised for the delay, but still feel compelled to dock a star for the slow support times.

Warranty claim was dealt with quickly, professoinally, without fuss and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Thank you!
