Ok but hard to out up and down

Easy to fold out and back up. A good height for me (I'm 174cm). Sturdy, smooth cover that has a little bit of padding for a smooth ironing finish. Very happy.

Ordered filters for the tower kitchen tidy. They arrived very quickly.

I was disappointed I had to replace the plug on the Wash&Drain dish as I was very happy with the dish. The original plug was no longer water-tight and I believe this is a known fault of the product. If this is a known default, I would expect JosephJoseph to replace it free of charge. I had a high opinion of the JosephJoseph products but am disappointed their after-care service to customers is zero.
