My Shoe Rack snapped during assembly and one of the shelves is on an angle due to the opening being too tight for the rod to go in to the same degree as the rest. I emailed your support team and they offered no assistance.

Disappointed that I cannot get spares for the totem bin I purchased last year. The one supplied is for either an older/newer version, it is unclear
