As always products are better than average however after buying the spice racks for my sister in law as a gift, my own started to fall, the double sided tape losing it's grip in less than a year so i had to repair. I am also waiting on one outstanding product for which i have not received an explanation for it's delay. I actuallty expected better when buying directly from Joseph Joseph after a response to a separate issue was that it was not their problem if i purchased from a major department store rather than them directly. I still love their products but have been surprised at poor customer service.
