I’m still waiting for delivery!

The only issue was the shipping. We were advised that it was coming on 3 separate days. On the second attempt it was near us then taken back to the depot about 50 km away and delivered late the next day after we rang enquiring when it would be delivered.

Joseph Joseph did not confirm my delivery preferences with the courier causing a failure in delivery which resulted in a return to sender. I asked for a resend with proper instructions this time. They said they would. Then they said there was some system glitch and refunded it instead. The item then went out of stock and I missed out on the sale.

As a Professional Organiser, I’m always looking for the best storage solution. This set is amazing! The quality is exceptional, they’re solid, super easy to clean & store. I binned all my toxic non-stick pots & pans for these stainless steel essentials & I do not regret it. I highly recommend these to anyone wanting to buy a compact & versatile set that will last a lifetime. They’re expensive but the value lies in their quality.

I don’t want to be negative but I find the storage under sink flimsy the idea is good but pulling in and out not too steady
