Really disappointing. J&J in store has always been my go to, purchased online item and had a lot of issues with delivery. The worst of it was customer service experience with no local phone number and no response to emails apart from generic dismissive email responses with no solution posed . I would not recommend purchasing online for this product

Loved the product and would highly recommend

Everything arrived quickly and felt worth the Black Friday 2025 sale prices. Everything I bought was in perfect condition except for a spray mop. I’ve contacted support about this, and it’s been over a week since I’ve received help - I’m still waiting today. Joseph Joseph have apologised for the delay, but still feel compelled to dock a star for the slow support times.

Warranty claim was dealt with quickly, professoinally, without fuss and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Thank you!

I am not happy with my purchase if the laundry hampers. The sides do not stay up and need constant adjusting and when paying so much for this product I assumed it wouldn't need me to put it together. Overall disappointing and will seek a refund.
