I picked up the package from the post office at Narita Airport, turned it on, logged in using the sticker on the back of the device, and was on the internet. We kept it on and used it everyday and all day (running 4 phones) and the battery still had around 20% left by 10pm at night. Charge it up overnight and it's ready to go again the next day. An external battery was included but we never needed it. Service was great the whole time in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Hiroshima. At the end of the trip we put everything into the included preaddressed envelope and dropped it in the post box at the Haneda Airport International Departures Lobby. It couldn't have been easier or better. We'll use WifiBuddy next time we visit Japan. Thanks!

I honestly don‘t know what we would have done without the Wifi Buddy. The device is very reliable wether you are at Shinjuku Station or on the fifth stage of Mt Fuji.

Worked very well, however, was very very slow at some points even when just trying to open a webpage. Other than that it was a great pocket Wi-Fi.

18 days in Japan and the wifi buddy was an invaluable asset to the holiday. Wifi Buddy delivered to our hotel when we arrived in Japan and we used it constantly. Easy to use and the additional battery was extremely useful. Packaging to return wifi Buddy was included and we posted the wifi buddy at the airport as we left Japan. Worked great everywhere we went for 2 weeks, extra battery was nice... and best part was it was at hotel when we arrived and able to drop off at hotel with provided return envelope at departure. Would use this company again and highly recommend!

The router does require charging a few hours into the day but the wireless charger provided made it easy to charge up. Communication from the seller was quick and great. I highly recommend this company and I would use it again.

We ordered our Pocket wifi from WiFi Buddy online and received an email confirmation immediately. A representative contacted us to confirm our details and provided all the necessary information, including a map of the pick up location. We picked up our pocket wifi from Kansai airport without any fuss or problems. After we finished, we posted it back using the pre-filled Express-post envelope that was included in the package. Overall a very positive experience with great service and value. I would highly recommend.

Sometimes the pocket wifi would go into sleep mode or something so even though it was on it wouldn’t be connected anymore until i clicked a button to light up the screen again. Happened every few hours. The instructions on how to return are super easy and provide a check list. They (staff i spoke to when i picked it up) say you can’t return it in the airport and it needs to be mailed back but in the Haneda airport (int’l terminal on check in floor- by escalator) there is a red mail post you can put it in before departing. Overall amazing pocket wifi! unlimited data for sure and connected to all my devices easily with reasonable wifi speed. Iphone, ipad, laptop, and apple watch. Only negative is it just fell asleep every few hours all day everyday. Slight inconvenience but nothing too serious.
