The jeweler without a heart. I ordered a engagement ring, and they missed every hard target date they say it would ship. They destroyed all my plans to give my finance her ring with grace and romance, instead it was thrown together in a rush event. Because we only had 5 days together before she to flight out. James Allen told me the ring would be ready 3 days before she lander. It got here one day before she left. For me it was emotional roller coaster.
