Product was good for the price but the customer service was unsatisfactory. Talked to a rep on the phone to request a simple exchange for same item, same price but different color. The rep said they would follow up with me but they never did. Poor customer service, poor customer satisfaction. Unlikely to purchase from James Allen again.

Exceptional product and service

Misleading information i was told the earrings would come with guardian baks before i made my purchase and they came in very thin poor quality push backs. Didn’t like at all. Called again and the representatives let me know that I was shipped an older version and everything 1 carat or above comes with guardian backs. Not sure what’s going on here. I returned them still waiting for my refund on the two pairs that I got.

I spent months looking for a perfect 1 carat wedding band and was very hesitant to purchase online. However, after months of scouring every mall in the city, including outlets, I kept getting more and more baffled by how much brick and mortar stores were charging for a simple 1 carat band. Some store clerks even turned their nose up at me when I said I'm not spending more than 1k on a simple 1 carat band (mind you the bands are all hollow, with terrible prongs and some are 10k gold). I have a very unique engagement ring and I am so pleased with how this band fit with my ring. I also felt comfortable ordering because of the return policy and I saw that customer service was responding to reviews.

I have purchased multiple pieces, including a diamond upgrade, and have always had a wonderful buying experience! Service has always been top notch and I love the overnight shipping. You can't wrong with James Allen!

Overall, I loved it. Everything was amazing: - The ring is beautiful, crafted exactly as requested, and fits perfectly. - I loved being able to customize it and create something unique for my partner. - The instructions were clear, and all my questions were already answered in the FAQs. - Once you place your order, you get a timeline showing where your ring is in the process: Ordered, Being Made, Quality Assurance, In Transit, Delivered. Notes: - I don’t think my ring was ever marked as “Delivered,” but I did receive the shipping guide, so it wasn’t an issue. - I live in Mexico near the US border, so I ran into a shipping situation. They can’t deliver to P. O. Boxes (which I use). I tried selecting a UPS Store for pickup, but the widget didn’t allow it—possibly because I was ordering from outside the US. I worked around this using a VPN, it was delivered to the UPS Store, and I picked it up without any issues. This is probably a niche case, but worth keeping in mind.
