It was stressful. I kept the ring even though I wasn't really happy with it because I was afraid that after I would send it in I wouldn't get the refund so I thought its better to keep it then loose all the money. I can get it repaired at jared.

Refund process not up to standard

I was scammed. Bought and paid for a 1. 51 carat diamond. Received a 1. 20 carat diamond. Reached out to customer service because the sticker on my package read “1. 20”. Customer service LIED and said the packing was wrong and my diamond is 1. 51. I took it to Jared Jewelers to determine my diamond’s carat. It came back 1. 20. James Allen SCAMMED me.
