Elegant understated crafted gold ring. Most comfortable to wear, that I hardly notice that it is on my finger. James Allen is about HIGH quality that is noted when I look at my ring under magnifying glass. Ultimate attention to detail and finish-- that is recognized now -and years to come. I knew I wanted a sapphire engagement ring, but I wanted something unique. I looked many places, but nothing seemed quite right. Imagine my surprise when I discovered a way to choose my setting and choose the exact stone without even having to leave home. I was a bit nervous about making such a big decision in an online purchase, but when my ring arrived, it was even more perfect for me than I imagined it would be. 10/10 definitely would recommend to anyone looking for just the right ring.

Perfect! Exceeded expectations

My fiancé and I are “support local” kind of people. And I own a business, so online sales are a bit of a pebble in my shoe. In my experience, most of the people who try to save a few by purchasing online are disappointed and end up spending more in the long run. We tried to buy local! Really, we did. After three different “high end” jewelry store visits, we left feeling like, “what just happened?” Pricing was vague with discounts here and there (literally sketched out on post-it notes) and the quality just was not there. Price was not our main motivator. None of the three stores were able to uncover our primary objection; their lack of sales skills. So, after a month of being engaged with no ring, I did a little investigating. I came across an independent video recommending James Allen. I went to the website and was very impressed, scouring it for days. Then I showed my fiancé my findings, and he agreed to give it a try. I picked up the engagement ring earlier today. When I opened the little red box inside the generic sized package they use to be discrete for shipping, I was breathless. I’m no spring chicken and I have seen many beautiful diamond rings over the years. My new ring out sparkles them all. We spent close to or maybe just slightly more on this ring than the ones at the traditional jewelers’. But we now have a larger stone of better quality (way better) on a beautiful setting that I will be proud to wear for the rest of my life. The team at James Allen is top notch, especially Lou in shipping who, at the last minute, arranged to have my ring sent to my local UPS store so I could pick it up securely after work. I have forever changed how we buy jewelry. I couldn’t be happier.

I ordered my wife her birthday gift about a month out from when I planned on giving it to her. It arrived on time and in a beautiful box. It goes without saying she was stunned when she opened the case. She absolutely loves her new diamond earrings.

I was very skeptical about ever ordering a diamond ring through the WWW. I had reaching out initially and need to do my duediligence to make sure this was a reputable store. They sent back several places to do my homework. I was reassured and went for it. I ordered this gorgeous 3. 5 carat anniverasy band and when I recived it it was GORGEOUS! however the ring was just too big for my small hand. I called and the womean was so kind and stated "wear it for a few days, if you don't love it you made return it", so I did. I called again and got a nice fellow on the line and told him I would like the small setting however I think the baguette would fit better than the princess cut. Without hesitation, the whole transaction went off without a hitch. Just recieved my Anniversay 2. 0 carat lab grown diamond ring and it looks BEAUTFUL! I usually never write reviews but this whole experiences warranted it. Enjoy!

I love the products from James Allen. I ordered my fiancée’s engagement ring and my own wedding band from them, and I also plan to order my fiancée’s wedding band there as well. However, when I received my men’s wedding band, I noticed that there were scratches on it. This was disappointing, especially since my wedding was only two weeks away at the time I received the ring. That said, I trust that James Allen will resolve the issue, as their customer service has been fantastic.

I recently purchased this Love Knot setting for my 1. 72 J VS1 Round diamond that came from my original engagement ring about 10 years ago. The marriage unfortunately did not work out, but I had my original James Allen ring (halo with pave) sitting in a safe for 5 years, never worn. It was such a beautiful ring and I knew at some point, I would do something with it, when ready. I reached back out to James Allen to weigh my options and first had it set in a bezel pendant necklace, which was gorgeous, but I felt like I needed more. I reached out to the James Allen team at least 30 times throughout the process and they were so responsive, easy to work with, knowledgable, and patient with me. I really want to point out that the team made this process very easy for me and I felt zero pressure. The ring arrived yesterday and like the title, it is EVEN BETTER THAN I EXPECTED! This ring is absolutely breathtaking. How unique and beautiful, shiny, sparkly, and the quality is amazing. I hope this review helps someone debating on this setting - or, better yet, debating on whether they should shop at JA or go to a competitor. I know, for a fact, that my next ring will be from here.
