Everything went well it took about a week or two longer than original date of arrival. It was made to order so it wasn't a big deal. My ring is Perfect & Gorgeous.

The earrings came in a beautiful red box. I love it. I was surprised the shipping package was so large for such a small item!

Shipping was unexpectedly fast. I really liked that there were so much detailed product images and information. It made it easier to decide what to purchase and made me feel comfortable making the decision.

I was not planning to actually pull the trigger on a $2500+ purchase of diamonds online but taking all the info, photos, certificates, and search and filters that James Allen had (plus a LOT of ChatGPT to make sense of it) . . . and I knew I could do it safely. Earrings arrived and were brilliant. Had to use customer service to apply a coupon and they were responsive, kind, and available super late at night. Overall, amazing.

The jeweler without a heart. I ordered a engagement ring, and they missed every hard target date they say it would ship. They destroyed all my plans to give my finance her ring with grace and romance, instead it was thrown together in a rush event. Because we only had 5 days together before she to flight out. James Allen told me the ring would be ready 3 days before she lander. It got here one day before she left. For me it was emotional roller coaster.
