Great customer portal that keeps my order status up to date and informed in real time.

Excellent

Great experience!

Hmm

Geat product. Love the zipper rear pocket.

We have had an incredible experience working with Jakroo and specifically Jessy on our BCLEM Ride to Remember kit design and store. This is not the first time we have had the opportunity to work together and won’t be the last. Thank you so much for all the support.

The jersey is too long, the material is very stretchy which I am sure is good for some; not for me.

You guys were great. Fantastic communication. Quick response and turnaround time. Very happy with the product!!

Help with sizing was fantastic both online and by phone. When my order came both jersey and bins fit great.

Jersey fit too loose. Last year, i oreded a jersey, and it was too small. Can't seem to get this right despite all the work that's done on your website to get in front of this.

Quick responses and get exactly what I need.

The graphics on the kits are amazing! We love the design and comfort. Our order arrived quickly and we were updated with shipping and arrival information. Thank you!

Do not like the fit of the jersey.

Discount code would not apply. Fixed quickly and applied!

Used customer support for sizing. Went well.

nice to be asked how your product was even if it was not good.

the kit, the fit, the process, the turnaround, all great
