Goods arrived on promised date, in fact a day or 2 before. They were just left on the driveway though behind my car - I did not hear any attempt at knocking on the door. That is all the reason I prefer to use my PO Box which did not seem possible at check out. The online tailor thing was a bit of a faff and all it did was confirm the size I'd chosen in any case. Those things aside I'm generally happy with the service.

Used for several years - design process accommodated lastminute changes in our sponsors and came up with work arounds to keep project moving when faced with some hiccups. Appreciate the support

You definitely get what you pay for with Jakroo. The prices are high, but the quality is high as well. This kit is aero, comfortable, and looks great. The design help, product quality, speed of delivery, communication on our orders for our team was top-notch. The team store and was easy to use. And, discounts based on the order numbers was appreciated. We are a junior team and we are going to look and feel great in our kit for the season, but it is hard to justify a $200 kit for a 10 - 16 year old that is growing quickly, and 'will' fall, rip, and tear this great gear. We've used Jakroo for the past 3 seasons and will probably continue because quality, not the pricing, keeps us coming back. We want our team to use great gear!
