Just what our team needed

I ordered bib, jersey and jacket, all medium, male. The jacket is labeled medium, but is too small to zipper. I need a large and was informed I have to pay another for 1/2 the cost.

The fabric leaves nothing to the imagination, quality has gone down

Ricoh has been my contact at Jakroo for a few years now and he is great! Always available to communicate and responds quickly to my emails. Thank you, Ricoh!

No issues with our customized team kit or transaction with Jakroo.

Great job!

Jakroo is an amazing company to work with. From the selection choices available to the easy of placing the order and then the final delivery of the product, everything works seamlessly. I would recommend Jakroo to anyone looking to design and sell custom cycling kit!

Fitting and Ordering process were easy. The shirt fit exactly as we had hoped after using the rotting tools available on the site. The shirt is great quality and is so cool On the trails!

We recently switched from another apparel company to Jakroo and couldn’t be more happy. The customer service has been amazing and the fact that individuals can order gear directly from the team store is perfect for our high school mountain bike team. The website is very easy to use and has made our team managers life so much easier. Thank you!

Received on time as expected, great product, fit well. Nice design. Breathe well.

Top quality

Crashed with their kit and they provided me with solutions right away. Great customer service

The process was top notch. It was easy & I look forward to doing it again.

I’m very happy with the replaced jersey. The original jersey was too large, even after using the measurement guidelines. Returning and receiving the correct sized jersey was easy. It is unfortunate the shipping was not covered by Jakroo.

It was A little challenging to get answers back in a timely manor.

Awesome customer service and received items in on time.
