Purchased the Wing Tri Suit and got it custom and it came out exactly as designed. I had 0 chafing issues throughout the whole race. Experienced rain and heat that day and held up perfectly. Will definitely be back for another tri suit next race day.

I ordered an AI guaranteed fit jersey,XL regular. It did not fit in the timeline to prove that and get anyone ordered for an event was prohibitive. It was suggested I sell it and take a 50% discount on a second order. I ordered a. 2XL relax fit custom jersey. It is too Big - turns out to XL standard is my size in your brand but it has cost me over $300 to find that out and I still don’t have a jersey that fits. Disappointed in the follow up and support although it was timely. It was not helpful. . Jamie McKinnon

Expectation was above and beyond

I used the AI sizing guide and the shorts that I ordered were smaller than I would have liked. I called several times over multiple days trying to get ahold of someone to exchange for a larger pair. I was not able to get ahold of anyone before my event and had no choice but to ride in the shorts. There wasn’t much help on the website either. Communication could be improve in this area.

Staff prompt and helpful Easy ordering

The customer service and product quality were excellent. However, the sizing of the singlets was way off - every person who ordered a women's singlet found it too small, typically by about two sizes. This meant that many people on our team could not actually wear their shirts. The sizing for that product needs to be corrected.
