Jersey did not fit on me

Jersey I ordered is awesome so far. The low stars is do to the way you do dynamic pricing. Jersey was showing up as $150. Then at $121 when in the cart. If I not have looked in the cart, I would not have seen the better price and would not have spent $150 on a jersey. You would have lost sale.

fabric seems and LOOKS cheap

Large jerseys fit like a medium. The zipper is 1 inch shorter then last years Large jersey and 1. 5 inches shorted compared to Assos and Castelli. Other than that the kits are great, but get the fit right already. I used the on-line fit system and no sure where to go from here. For me not accurate.

First time ordering the TT and Road Race suits, very very comfortable, I'm tall so the extra length was amazing.

The day after I submitted my order I realized that I may have ordered the wrong size. I found an email for customer support and a phone number. It was easier for me to email so I immediately did so, asking for the size of the shirt to change. I received zero response back and still received my original size order. Thankfully it fits well.

I used the AI measurement/size tool. It needed to be adjusted based on manual measurements. It's a good starting point, but you should double check manually and adjust. At the end, when you save the measurements it mentions that's "All done" and you don't need to do anything else, but the tri-suit wasn't ordered, the size had been saved. That wasn't clear and I almost missed the cut off date

Easy ordering, quick shipping, quality product.

I would not recommend this tri suit. It was purchased for BC Games, but the women's suits are poorly designed. The men's suit have a zip, so easy on and off. The women's have no zip and very thin material on the sides. After 3 days there are already holes in suit, while it was not expensive for a tri suit, consider it will not last more than 2 or 3 races so I would not recommend

Nice quality custom team jerseys. My jersey fit very snug for size - even though it was a “relaxed fit”. I went up 2 sizes. They are relatively long with great pockets. Process for return and replacement was excellent but god personal support. I would recommend them for custom team jerseys.
