Ordered cycling jerseys with very elaborate custom artwork on very short notice and got them very quickly and with ample time for a fund-raising bike ride. JAKROO were incredibly fast, responsive, professional and helpful. The quality and beauty of the final product were AWESOME! Thank you JAKROO.

As usual, my Jackroo jersey did not disappoint. It fit perfectly and the design was gorgeous. Even better, your customer service was first rate! I had ordered a bit late and was disappointed to find my jersey would arrive the day of the ride. I commented such on my reply email and was immediately notified that attempts would be made to get it to me a day ot two earlier. The jersey came even earlier than that! I was able to ride with pride with my beautiful new bike jersey. Yeah!

This is my 4rd kit from Jakroo over the past 17 years. The jakroo brand today is better in some ways, and not in some ways. The bibs are better fabric for the most part, but could benefit from longer cuffs at the bottom. The bib portion is not good. It is rough and weird feeling. The open back is just strange and the first bib I have ever seen that way. I am not a fan. I got the upgraded shammy, and it is fine, but not as good as my 16 year old one you used to use :). The jersey is also the upgraded version and is also just fine, but not as good as any other brand I have. So things are just ok, at the price point I was hoping something at least as good as my other kits from Jakroo. I feel there are way better options out there. I am not planning on using Jakroo again based on this kit. It is clearly a drop in quality from every other kit I have had from them.

I would love to give an honest review of the fit the quality in the speed that it was delivered to me but as of me replying to this email on September 16, 2026, I have yet to receive the item. .
