Delicious plus organic!

I love this product, once with you mix it with the water and stir it with the bamboo whisk it really combines/breaks down well.

Sugarcane is the first item in the list on the bottle, thus representing the majority of the mix. I wasn’t looking for a mix of sugar, but of green tea. I will not buy this again.

Shipping was phenomenal. I ordered one late night and my matcha was delivered next day! Great service. I sent an email thanking the company for the expedited delivery at no additional cost to me.

This time around it wasn’t as good as the first time I purchased. The matcha came in one day after I ordered. It was not a bright green like the 1st time, it was a more yellowish color, and it seemed like it had been sitting a while (and the taste was off). Nothing like the 1st time I tried it. Could have been a fluke though.

It shipped to the wrong address. I tried to email to correct this and was told it’s too late, that it had already been shipped and delivered. The person living at my old address claims it wasn’t delivered… but I have email confirmation it was. So product was delivered to the wrong address and apparently stolen, I guess I’ll have to wait to re order after payday. Really disappointed with the entire situation. I emailed within 24 hours and even corrected it online for my subscription, but it had already processed.

such a beautifully presented and complete kit! it's a great starting point for me into Matcha because of the ease and true soothing, and simiplicity, of each part of making it-although i could just "speed through, boil water, scoop some into any cup, wiggle it around with a fork and the hot water and go go go"-this kit suggests (without being heavy handed or overly detailed and fussy about exact this and that-though instructions are specific and clear) the whole gift of making tea is in fact the same gift awaiting everyone in all lifes-if we can just remember life is happening right here and now, and all we seek is already hear!

I love Hojicha, and this is my first time purchasing any to make it myself and I could not be happier with the product! I will certainly be ordering this product again and again through Jade Leaf for such a good product. I also recently moved and the package had trouble arriving to my location; it was being returned to sender. I was able to call the company, talk on the phone with a real person and arrange to have the package reshipped for no additional fee and I got it in the mail no problem after that! I am so happy and know exactly where I will order this again and again! I love Hojicha- so totally underrated and delicious! Thank you!

I read up on how they make this matcha and it shows , the flavor is super clean, not chalky like other brands I’ve tried. Mixes easily, gives me that calm energy without a crash. Highly recommend if you want real, quality matcha!🤩🤩🤩🤩
