I have always had excellent service from Jade leaf Matcha. The packaging is superior.

Not great because when I was seriously unhappy with the product, I wasn’t refunded. The product literally says unsweetened on the packaging, yet it has sugar in it

Shipping was prompt but unfortunately I received a spoiled batch and am afraid to taste it. Awaiting for a response from customer service which is taking too long in my opinion. I might add, I do love this company and their products so this is not a typical experience.
