Shopping experience is always great

So seamless. Great customer service! THANK YOU!

Fast shipping! Great tasting matcha mixes! You won’t regret buying from this vendor!

Based on product only it would have been 5 stars, however delivery kept getting delayed further and further out. Tracking showed that it went a very circuitous route.

Easy to order and fast shipping.

All Good

Great 👍

Expensive for poor quality

Easy

The product that I purchased. I thought was in a can based on the description and the image. The product that arrived was in a bag. I was disappointed.

Fast delivery

I’ve purchased the Ceremonial Teahouse Edition matcha a few times and have always been happy with it. Unfortunately, this time I’m very disappointed. The color is noticeably dull and doesn’t look anything like the vibrant matcha I received before. I’m not sure if there was a change in the batch, but the quality seems very different this time.

Easy shopping and satisfying value. A place I would come back to shop.

Easy to navigate

I love that the Matcha is delicious, organic and Environmental Working Group verified.

Easy to order.

I have always had excellent service from Jade leaf Matcha. The packaging is superior.

Not great because when I was seriously unhappy with the product, I wasn’t refunded. The product literally says unsweetened on the packaging, yet it has sugar in it
