Customer service has been unresponsive. One cannister arrived broken with powder spilled out, I have reached out to them multiple times for a replacement, and still no response.

I ordered Jade leaf Matcha regularly and somehow I was added to order subscription without my authorization and now receiving double orders. I sent two emails to Customer Support and have received no reply or resolution

Will never buy from this brand

I’m on automatic shipping. I love the Matcha and I like that I can buy it from the company rather than continuing to buy it from Amazon. I find communication is difficult. I wasn’t getting my shipment so I thought maybe there was a mistake so I ordered another shipment only to find that now I’ve got two auto shifts. Two weeks ago I got the notice that my shipment was on the way, but it hasn’t arrived yet. As I said, I love the product but have trouble with the paperwork aspect of it. I’m also told that I’ve got all this in points from drinking it so much but I don’t know how to redeem them.
