Got greener matcha from Naoki. Not sure how it cracks up to other brands, but it wasnt terrible for my first matcha (unless you're drinking it traditionally--it's quite bitter. I only use it for lattes)

Customer service has been unresponsive. One cannister arrived broken with powder spilled out, I have reached out to them multiple times for a replacement, and still no response.
