Shopping experience easy.

I like the promptness of the delivery, but sometimes when ordering online, it gets more complicated than I like, such as not getting the free shipping when merited or not getting the percent off as advertised. On the other hand, I find the staff very responsive to questions.

I love jade leaf matcha and making it at home. it saves me so much money and I can make it exactly as I want. Presweetened matcha is wayyyy too sweet to me, and usually that is the only kind some coffee shops offer. Also, a lot of coffee companies sell natural matcha for so. much. money (way more than anyone should have to pay), and Jade Leaf has the best prices for quantity and quality! I love to buy the bulks of the matcha, and I can just make them at home to my desire. Will definitely stay a customer.
