Will never buy from this brand

I’m on automatic shipping. I love the Matcha and I like that I can buy it from the company rather than continuing to buy it from Amazon. I find communication is difficult. I wasn’t getting my shipment so I thought maybe there was a mistake so I ordered another shipment only to find that now I’ve got two auto shifts. Two weeks ago I got the notice that my shipment was on the way, but it hasn’t arrived yet. As I said, I love the product but have trouble with the paperwork aspect of it. I’m also told that I’ve got all this in points from drinking it so much but I don’t know how to redeem them.

Unfortunately, I didn't receive the matcha I ordered and never received an email response when I tried to contact the company after getting the notification that my order would be prepared.

Shipping was within a few days, but it is pricey at $8 unless you spend $60. I think it would be nice to get free shipping on a $59. 99 product when that’s just a penny away from qualifying for free shipping :)
