Long time till delivery. Arrived open and spilled all over box. No customer service.

This company has been great. I’m a subscriber and I’ve never had an issue with my order. I feared the price would go up due to the tariffs, but, thankfully, the price hasn’t fluctuated (yet, perhaps). Great quality. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some high-end matcha.
