I'm very impressed by the desert boots. Really good quality. I would definitely purchase from Jadd again.

Absolutely gorgeous. Most comfortable footwear I have ever owned. I ordered these after discussing fit and materials with Jadd. I wanted something suitable to wear in the hot, quite rainy summers where I live, so I went with unlined Horween CXL leather. Because of the way its made CXL is both breathable and can deal with the rain. The cut Jadd uses in these is thick, supple and lustrous. I know CXL is fairly prone to creasing, which is a shame, but it offers a lot of other advantages. It's worth noting that my boots' leather is darker than what appears in the pictures on the website. You can google brown CXL to get a better idea of the shade. Jadd suggested Vibram Gumlite soles for my situation. I didn't realise these were available, but they are great. It's like walking on clouds. I have my eye on a suede pair now!

I stumbled across Jadd on the internet when I was looking to replace two pairs of desert boots that had worn out. These are special but obviously expensive but Man Maths said one pair replacing two counts as a saving, right? I was not disappointed. Beautifully crafted, soft leather and so comfortable out of the box. Even better once I have worn them for a while, I expect.

A triumph. The fit is perfect, the shoes are beautifully made and while this might sound an oxymoron, it is an elegant Desert boot.

I ordered a pair of burgundy hi-tops with the black crepe sole. Absolutely chuffed with them. So light and comfortable and they're superb fit. I asked Jadd to add another pair of eyelets and they are perfectly done. The Horween leather is gorgeous, thick but soft and supple, I never had such comfortable boots out of the box. Wow!

What a pair of boots, they are crafted to perfection. I have worn them now for a number of days and they fit like a glove, no rubbing, no stiffness just beautiful boots I can wear from morning till night without my feet getting tired. They withstand everything I throw at them and they still look fab. The customer service was second to none, Jadd offered so much help and no question was too stupid. Don’t hesitate to buy from Jadd you won’t regret it.

I've been buying British made clothing for the last year or so for the quality of materials and craftsmanship. Costs more but far better than mass produced stuff. So finding Jadd online for some desert boots was great. I wanted something a bit different and the kudu leather fitted the bill perfectly. Jadd was happy to customise for me. I had the 3 eyelets, LH ranger sole, and brown top stitching. They look superb. The finishing of the stitching and the lining is faultless. The ranger sole is mega comfy. Well worth the money for a boot that will last a lifetime.

An article on Styleforum led me to try Jadd’s suede desert boots with LH soles, which I found to be the most comfortable and attractive desert boots I’ve found. I then purchased the wild elk on LH soles and ,again, was entirely satisfied with their fit and finish. These kudu boots shortly followed and I have nothing but praise for them as well. Comfortable out of the box. I already have an idea which shoes I’m ordering next. I’m not the easiest person to fit for footwear given medium to wide feet and a neuropathy that makes most shoes uncomfortable, so I’ve been extremely happy to have found Jadd. Regarding these boots in particular, the leather is soft and supple while being comfortably supportive. The footbed is secure without any hotspots. The craftsmanship is superb. Communication is rapid and very helpful. As I said, they won’t be the last pair I buy from Jadd.

I bought these fairly quickly after receiving and wearing my suede /LH soled boots from Jadd. The leather on these wild elk boots is gorgeous and soft. The fit and finish is as incredible as my suede boots. I’ve been alternating wearing these and the suedes throughout the past few months of late winter and early spring-like weather.

After reading a review on styleforum I bought a couple brands of suede desert boots. These were the hands down winners. Comfortable out of the box. Incredible craftsmanship. I liked them so much that I bought another pair of a different offering.

This is without a doubt the best shoe purchase I've ever made both in terms of the incredible service offered by Jadd and the quality of the shoes themselves. Jadd went out of his way to ensure I achieved the correct fit, eventually modifying the last to suit my very hard to size feet. This has made the world of difference and I shall be coming back for years. The boots themselves are made from exceptionally fine yet thick rough out suede, head and shoulders above what else is out there. The craftsmanship and make is flawless too.

Usually buy my shoes in sale for about £30 -£40. I needed new shoes and this company was advertising on a radio station I supported . I brought these shoes and they are so comfortable, and even after wearing them for many hours you don't know you are wearing them. They still look like new even after more than 2 years. As I am now retired I am now looking to purchase a pair of outdoor boots, and hopefully, be able to buy from this company again. Though, in my opinion, expensive, they are more than worth every penny.

These shoes look and feel great right out of the box. You can tell how well they are made from the moment you slip them on. The team was super nice and helpful with making sure my order got all the way to Japan with a quick turnaround too. Two thumbs way up.

These are so light and comfortable, they are by far lighter than any other boots I have. The suede is thick and looks like will last for years and years. I got with the lactea hevea soles and they are bouncy with just enough flex. Jadd took the time to help me get the correct fit for optimal comfort too. Highly recommend.

These look awesome, leather quality is top notch and Jadd's construction is always flawless. I did the hevea soles and they feel like a pair of sneakers, they are so light and flexible I could wear all day in perfect comfort while still looking great with my suit. I could not recommend more highly!

I bought a set of these boots about 3 months ago. They are fantastic boots. Fit perfectly, are really comfortable, and you can feel the quality. Would not hesitate to buy again, and intend to do so in the new year. Thanks Jadd, great boots

Received these some time ago but have waited to review as they're crafted in such class-act leather that there was a breaking-in period (as with any shoe, don't hike the alps on the first day). Now I can say they're just glorious, I'll clearly have them for a lifetime. The most comfortable fit in years, and everyone comments on them - EVERYONE. They've been around the world in all weathers and the colour and finish are as good as the day they came. Next-level shoemaking, keep up the good work.

The feel of the leather and the markings on it make for a wonderful pair of boots. They have great character before you even wear them. I messaged Jadd about my shoe size and he showed me how to correctly measure my feet. I also ordered these boots with a gumlite sole for extra traction but still keeping them lightweight. The customer service was far beyond any other company I have ordered footwear from. Thank you.

I hesitated spending this amount of money on boots online, but I am glad I did. The quality, style and fit are all superb. Now I'm looking at other styles from Jadd
