These shoes are fantastic! The suede is of outstanding quality, far superior to other suedes at this price point. I opted for a made-to-order (MTO) pair with an unconstructed toe, and Jadd provided excellent support throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the customization options. I've been wearing these boots with a Vibram sole throughout the entire Scandinavian winter, and they’ve performed exceptionally well. Paired with wool socks on colder days, they kept my feet warm and comfortable even in harsher conditions. I’ve already recommended these boots to several friends, and I strongly encourage anyone in search of a quality pair of desert boots to give them a try.

I’m absolutely delighted with these boots. I wanted to buy British and I can honestly say these boots are more beautifully finished and sturdier than a pair of Clarks desert boots.

Boots arrived today. Went for a Tobacco Reverse Suede Desert Boot Ordering- simple and selection including size was confirmed, which I like. Came up immediately in “ Shop” Payment was easy with Pay Pal Boots- pleased with the quality. Leather is buttery soft, and indeed 2 mm plus thick. I am a bit of a shoe snob, when it comes to construction, and these press the right buttons for me. Reverse suede is so so much more robust than most splits and combined with good stitch down construction, should last years. Very comfortable and it feels as if there is a shank in the sole, which is not present in the desert boots produced by the company known for these boots. I may be wrong, but they still feel very comfortable. Sizing spot on, 8. 5UK

Just got my desert boots today (with brown crepe soles). They are gorgeous--stitching, materials, everything. Fit perfectly. I also want to complement Jadd on responding promptly to questions about sizing. I'm very pleased and will buy shoes next.

Magic Desert Boots on wonderful soles !!

TL;DR: If you like the look of these, go for it! No regrets! These boots are impeccably made with quality materials, comfortable out of the box, a fair price for the value, look great, ninja-level quiet outsoles. . . really, what more could you want? My only caveat here is be mindful that the product photos were probably taken under very bright lights, so they are just slightly darker/browner in person. Also, be very, very sure of your measurements and sizing first to avoid returns, etc. It took me a couple of tries to zero in on my size with Jadd's assistance, but once we did, I couldn't wait to order more. In fact, I'm wearing them as I type this, and I look forward to many years of service from every pair of Jadd boots I now proudly own.

These boots are truly amazing and Jadd is a one-of-a-kind artist. Since I mostly use barefoot shoes (due to having very wide feet) I asked for a boot with as minimal construction as possible and with a very wide toebox. Barefoot boots often look ridiculous and clowny, especially if you are used to classic leather boots. However, Jadd managed so well to accommodate my requests and at the same time to deliver a beautiful pair of boots. The Horween leather has a great character and depth, and the overall design is perfect for a smart casual look. Couldn’t be happier with the result!
