when I received my shoes, they seemed to fit too big, so I wanted to exchange them, but they don't have my size in this shoe Vale sandal. I have asked 3 times if they would be getting them back in stock, and so far. . . . not one word.

I ordered the Missie sandal for my wife in 7. 5. We received a 7. You said to send back the 7 and you would send me a 7. 5. We sent back tie 7 just to be told there were no 7. 5 available. If we’d know that, we would have just kept the 7, but we have already sent it back. Could you please send the 7 back to us? We are long term customers of Italian Shoemakers, in store and online. Could you please send us back the size 7 “Missie” sandal?
