I have super-tiny feet, and this brand is the only one that not only fits my 4. 5 size, but that is always comfortable as well. I buy size 5/35. . . . Love their sandals!

Italian shoemakers have always fit my narrow feet, and to ensure that it was a good fit, I ordered styles with elastic to hold better. Sadly neither style held onto my feet and had to return both pairs. The return process was very easy.

Love them. So comfy I own 3 pair red, black and white. Just need navy blue.

Toe post tore away from insole. I wore these sandals out for their first walk. By the afternoon the toe post had pulled away from the insole. Tearing a section of the insole with it. I’ve reached out to support/customer service and still haven’t heard anything back yet.

I ordered size 9 sandals and received size 10 instead. Emailed Customer Service twice with pictures to prove the error, and have had no response in almost a week.

I placed my order on 3/20 and it's been in a single status since that date. I've called this business 3 separate times and was given no valuable information about the status of my item. Each time I was told that someone would contact me, which has never occurred.

I still don’t have my shoes yet. A return was made for a bigger size and a shoe was sent that was 3 sizes smaller than what I needed and it was the wrong shoe.
