The shoes broke after wearing them only twice. I contacted customer service, and they did not reply to my emails. I used to be a repeat customer, but I will never purchase from them again. They used to be made better. Now they are cheaply made and not worth the price at all.

Hello Italian Shoemaker’s Customer Service, I am following up on an email I previously sent on August 16, 2026, regarding an issue with my shoes. For reference, I have also included below what I stated in my original email: "Dear Italian Shoemakers Customer Service, I’m writing regarding my recent order for the Avra Wedge Sandal in Metallic. I received the shoes yesterday, and on the very same day they arrived, I wore them out for only a few hours. I was very disappointed to notice that the paint on the sole had already started chipping and falling off after such minimal use. I have attached a photo showing the damage, and when the order delivered. I would never have expected this from Italian Shoemakers, especially because I really like the brand and have always had a good impression of its shoes. I certainly did not expect the painted finish to deteriorate so quickly, especially after only a few hours of the very first wear. Could you please let me know how this issue can be resolved? I would appreciate a replacement or another appropriate solution. Thank you, Nazy " I have screenshots documenting everything, including the date my package was shipped, the date I contacted you by email, and pictures showing the peeling and chipping of the metallic paint. I would appreciate it if you could please review my previous email and let me know how this issue can be resolved. Since the damage occurred after only one day of use, I would appreciate a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

The silver material on the straps shredded off as soon as I unbuckled the sandals to try them on right after they were delivered. I immediately sent a text asking for a return label and a possible replacement if they could assure me the next pair would not shred upon trying to unbuckle them as well. After several emails back and forth I eventually received an email with a label to return the sandals. I took them to the Post Office on 8/12/2026 and returned them in the original box in which they had been shipped to me. To date I have not received a refund on my card or any notifications of when to expect a refund. I have sent two different emails to the company asking for an update in regard to a refund. So far there has been no response.

Sizes are inconsistent. Shoe is pretty

The sandals I bought were beautiful and comfortable but the first time I wore them the decoration on the shoe broke. I reached out to get a replacement pair since they are so pretty and comfortable, planning to be super careful when I wore them again, but I never heard back. I have bought several pairs of their flip flop or thong sandals and I love them. Definitely worth the price!

Italian shoemakers have always fit my narrow feet, and to ensure that it was a good fit, I ordered styles with elastic to hold better. Sadly neither style held onto my feet and had to return both pairs. The return process was very easy.

Love them. So comfy I own 3 pair red, black and white. Just need navy blue.

Shipping was great, good customer service but unfortunately, the shoes did not meet my expectations.

Toe post tore away from insole. I wore these sandals out for their first walk. By the afternoon the toe post had pulled away from the insole. Tearing a section of the insole with it. I’ve reached out to support/customer service and still haven’t heard anything back yet.

I ordered size 9 sandals and received size 10 instead. Emailed Customer Service twice with pictures to prove the error, and have had no response in almost a week.
