Sizes are inconsistent. Shoe is pretty

The sandals I bought were beautiful and comfortable but the first time I wore them the decoration on the shoe broke. I reached out to get a replacement pair since they are so pretty and comfortable, planning to be super careful when I wore them again, but I never heard back. I have bought several pairs of their flip flop or thong sandals and I love them. Definitely worth the price!

Italian shoemakers have always fit my narrow feet, and to ensure that it was a good fit, I ordered styles with elastic to hold better. Sadly neither style held onto my feet and had to return both pairs. The return process was very easy.

Love them. So comfy I own 3 pair red, black and white. Just need navy blue.

Toe post tore away from insole. I wore these sandals out for their first walk. By the afternoon the toe post had pulled away from the insole. Tearing a section of the insole with it. I’ve reached out to support/customer service and still haven’t heard anything back yet.

I ordered size 9 sandals and received size 10 instead. Emailed Customer Service twice with pictures to prove the error, and have had no response in almost a week.
