I love the shoes but they are very uncomfortable due to the rough fabric on the inside which rubs severely.

I placed my order on 3/20 and it's been in a single status since that date. I've called this business 3 separate times and was given no valuable information about the status of my item. Each time I was told that someone would contact me, which has never occurred.

I still don’t have my shoes yet. A return was made for a bigger size and a shoe was sent that was 3 sizes smaller than what I needed and it was the wrong shoe.

I returned the first pair of shoes i ordered and never received a refund. Then I received the exact same pair of shoes in the mail but a smaller size that I didn't order. Since then I have called your company and sent two emails and still no refund. I don't know what to do with the second pair.

Size did not fit. I tried to return online and one the last step got a message that an error occurred and couldn't print return tag. It said to try again later. When l tried again got a message saying "Unavailable for return" because item had already been returned. I would greatly appreciate either receiving a return tag by mail, or at least a mailing address where l can return the shoes.
