I bought these shoes to wear with a Sari for a wedding. Color of shoes match perfectly. Has a small heel to give me some height (I am 5'2") but not too much too be uncomfortable. So happy I bought these!!

They never answered any emails and there is no phone number with your order. When you try to finish your return, it does not generate a return label and says to email them. I had to scour the Internet to find the phone number and then they emailed me a return label. Way too much effort needed.

I have reached out through email, through online chat and have not heard back from Italian shoemakers. I continually receive marketing email and requests for feedback but cannot get any information back.

One out of three pairs fit really well. All of the Italian shoemakers shoes used to be highly padded comfort footbed shoes and now only some are. That was the beauty of Italian shoemakers. You have to make sure you know what you are buying. Every shoe is made differently and the consistency is no longer. I love Italian shoemakers shoes and will continue buying them forever. I hope they keep making the extra comfort high wedge and heel padded footbed sandals. I can’t survive without them.

I was unable to print the return label as the shoes were too big. I had to send an email 3 times before anyone would respond.

I have to return the two items because they are too wide. I have emailed customer support 3 times with no response. Extremely disappointing for a long time customer.

Shoes are very comfortable. Love the insole padding. Easy to clean material. Came promptly but the box was crushed.

I purchased two pairs of shoes and unfortunately need to return both pairs. I filled out the return form on your website, but kept getting an error message and couldn't print the return label. I reached out via email on July 3 for help but have not heard back. When I try to fill out the online form again, it says items are not available for return even though I am well within the 30 days return policy. I am disappointed.

I am happy with the sandals. However, I had order two pair and once I received them I order two more pair. The day after that I got an e-mail that you were having a 25% store wide event. I really wish I would have gotten the discount and I am sure the day I placed my second order it was well known you were having the 25% off event.

I am a returning customer. I bought 2 pairs and need to return one pair because I did not like the color. Returns department is terrible service. Never got a code or instructions on how to send back. i still have no code and no instructions. I give the pair I kept five stars.
