The order process was amazing! It was great to receive all the swatches, and then have a person to talk with about my preferences. Placing the order was easy. Covid intervened midway through fulfillment, and has delayed things about one month. The communication about it was very clear.

Added the custom size ottoman to our living room 4 years after purchasing our Caitlyn sofa. Love our sofa and also love we didn’t have to buy a new sofa just because we moved, just added ottoman. We opted not to try and match the sofa and love the soft black leather of the ottoman. Great customer service and customization, if we ever buy another sofa it will be an ID sofa again!

After ordering and returning three couches at other retailers (due to sizing issues), I had a great experience with Interior Define! Their agents helped me custom design couch, ensure it would fit into my building's pre-War elevator and look stunning in my home. I'm incredibly pleased with the craftsmanship and experience. I do wish the delivery time were shorter but, in the end, it was well worth the wait. Thank you!

I ordered two sectionals, the Sloan and the Ainsley, and absolutely love them! They are so comfortable and well-made. The Design Specialist, Emma, was so knowledgeable and really helped me to narrow down choices based on how my family lives. The delivery service also deserves high scores, calling me ahead of time to schedule and even helping me move things around to make way for the furniture. I would recommend this brand to anyone who wants a really comfortable sofa that is reasonably priced and will fit perfectly into your space!

The couch is so comfy and so far has held up so well to our two young kids and our cat. We are very happy with this couch. Comfy and stylish!

Fabric swatches arrived instantly....and were very nice ....Order process soooo easy....then I was kept up to date all along the entire process.
