I have tried other furniture stores with horrible experiences. This is the best couch I've ever had!!! ❤️ The customer service was great! Such patience with all of my questions. Material and cushions are beautiful and durable!!! I will not buy from another company after this wonderful experience. 😍😍😍

Obsessed with the whole process!

My sofa is perfect! My only disappointment was the lack of customer service. I had to email several times to get information. And, I'm surprised this review arrived months after delivery.

The purchase process was relatively simple because everyone wants to sell you something, right? Our first couch was nice (the color is what we wanted, comfortable if not a little stiff), but a too small for the room, so we make an exchange for a larger sofa and replace the individual cushions with bench cushions. Not only did we pay for the larger sofa and new cushions, but we also paid a substantial exchange fee. They let us know delivery was 21-25 weeks out. We are now three days shy of 25 weeks, and still don't have the couch. It's a nice enough couch, but I'm reluctant to say it will have been worth the wait. We've received occasional updates, and the gentleman we're working with is responsive, but he has almost zero control over when we get our couch.

Love this company, product, prices, and customer service. Everything and everyone was great from start to finish.

I love the couch, but the leather is quickly turning from the gorgeous brown to a yellowish/greenish brown… for 7,000 i really was expecting a couch that would last a lifetime, and this color change is really bothering me. I wish I was informed ahead of time that this was a possibility, i might not have gone with leather.

Very not impressed with my thousands of dollars spent on my interior define couch. One of the first things visiting people say about it is that it is uncomfortable. We personally find it flimsy and shakes you around if someone else on the couch moves. Horrible experience with this purchase.

Terrible, cheap product, terrible customer service.

They held my hand throughout the whole experience, communicated in every step, answered my millions of questions, offered guidance. Ordering and delivery went smoothly. It was worth the wait for an awesome custom piece.

Absolutely love my sofa…very well made and very comfortable…delivery was of course delayed by Covid but that was all explained to me before I placed my order…had worries that it wouldn’t fit through my front door but the delivery guys made it sail right on through…assembled it in 10 minutes and moved it to exactly where I wanted it and took all the packing with them…very professional…I’ve recommended Interior Define to all of friends and I know of at least one of them that has placed an order.

Amazing sofa!! Beautiful high end sofa for a great price / quality, comfort, color and fabric and build all top notch! So beautiful , I get so many compliments , I searched high and low at other American retailers and couldn’t find anything comparable

One of the middle legs is not properly installed and it’s not touching the floor. I don’t know how to lower it either. Was I sent a defective pierce?

I've made two rather large purchases with ID in the last year and both had arrived with major mistakes. The first couch was sent with the wrong cushion fill.... over 6 months ago and I am still waiting for the replacement after several e mail exchanges trying to show then how inadequate the cushion quality is. The second order arrived with insalely overly stuff and oversized cushions. After providing several photos in comparison of what I go and what is advertised, or even pictured in other buyers homes, I was told "this is normal" but they would make an exception and let me return it. The movers were scheduled to pick up on a saturday.... I waited all day and they never called or even told me they weren't coming. they finally came back a few days later to pick up, but they never relayed the message to ID that they had brought it back. So not only was they a major waste of money but an even bigger waste of my time. Waiting for responses, no show deliveries, and spending time writing e mails with poor customer service replies. Not to mention i am STILL waiting for my correct cusion fill replacements. The only reason I give 3 stars is becuase their fabrics are pretty. Would def not recomend.

I ordered the Winslow sofa August 2021. The expected delivery date was late December - mid Jan 2022. While I was a bit apprehensive ordering such an important piece of furniture sight-unseen, untouched, I must say I am extremely pleased with both the product and the service. I received regular communications along the way letting me know the status of the order. I received delivery schedule notification toward the end of December as expected. The sofa arrived and it is beautiful (definitely looks like it is more expensive than the price I paid). Also, I like that ID didn't charge my credit card until the order was ready to ship. I have ordered other bigger ticket items lately - furniture, appliances, etc., and in all cases my card was charged at time of order even though lead times are months out. Thanks to Interior Define for the great service and product. I will be ordering side chairs soon - I have my fabric swatch order in progress now.
