I ordered micra for first time and there was a problem in spring loaded scissors then i got the refund and i ordered it again because i want it and i trusted Letherman but i had the same problem!! then i contacted your customer service and they told me to send a video and i sent it then no answer anymore!!! this is disappointing experience for the tool and customer service and i won’t do it again. . i thought this brand is the best but unfortunately it isn’t.

La herramienta es muy buena pero hace falta mejorar algunas características como la utilización cómoda de los alicates y el estuche donde viene no es de buena calidad y la herramienta no se ajusta a éste.

Poor customer service. Unanswered mail to your customer service. Also find your quality control is below par. Bought a few of your products for personal and as gifts. Face a couple of your products not functional to my expectations and your local reseller not helpful. Should have a regional dealer that can provide service apart from sales.
