Ordering, shipping and delivery was fast.

After customizing the knife and putting it in the shopping cart, the system freezes. I had to find a workaround with ordering a different knife to find the customized on in the cart. I have an IT degree, I know what I am doing. No response from Leatherman to my email. But the knife is really nice.
