Although I absolutely loved this item, the paint started peeling off after just one day of having it. I contacted customer service about this, but nobody has gotten back to me in nearly a month. Extremely disappointing service

DHL service was absolutely fantastic. They took care about all documents for import, send me clear instructions and delivery on time. About the tool no comment, i bought it to offer as a gift to one of my dearest friends because i am the owner of different letherman tools since 20 years ago.

Feels rugged and premium—exactly what you expect from a Leatherman. It’s clearly built to last. The only downside I noticed is with the pliers on the Leatherman ARC (Talos); they don’t fully close, leaving a tiny gap, so grabbing hair-thin items isn’t really possible. I didn’t experience this at all with my Leatherman Charge+ TTi, so it seems specific to this unit. Probably just a minor defect, and honestly not a deal breaker. Big shoutout to everyone who worked on this masterpiece—we love it.
