Shipping was fast, not all
Shipping was fast, not all colors or sizes I was interested in purchasing were available, as an insider I got no percentage off. I've got 106 Leatherman Tools in my collection & I would like to get offers on new products including the option to at least have the chance to get one of your Garage sales when available (I've got all 3 pliers based Garage tools). I ordered micra for first
I ordered micra for first time and there was a problem in spring loaded scissors then i got the refund and i ordered it again because i want it and i trusted Letherman but i had the same problem!! then i contacted your customer service and they told me to send a video and i sent it then no answer anymore!!! this is disappointing experience for the tool and customer service and i won’t do it again. . i thought this brand is the best but unfortunately it isn’t.

La herramienta es muy buena
La herramienta es muy buena pero hace falta mejorar algunas características como la utilización cómoda de los alicates y el estuche donde viene no es de buena calidad y la herramienta no se ajusta a éste.
