Leatherman Arc De por si estoy muy contento con la multiherramienta, pero me he llevado una gran decepción, ya que NO vino el estuche porta herramientas, tampoco NO vino las llaves qué venía siempre. Lo compre porque lo vi a un amigo que me enseñó la suya y venía, con lo que ahora falta, la verdad muy decepcionado. Mi alegría, se volvió decepcion Si se que puedo comprarlo por separado, pero ese detalle que ahora lo hayan quitado sin ninguna explicación decepciona

I wish Leatherman will also ship to Israel Multi tools (not only accessories) like the Wave Alpha. . . that way I will not look for other purchasing solutions online but to buy directly via there site. I'm a Leatherman insider but for no avail for I live outside the U. S. .

I requested an invoice for my purchase 3 times, but never received any reply. Twice by email (confirmation email: We received your email and created Case#:CAS-834900-D8X9M CRM:00000003241299) and when that did not work I tried through social media, but also there no reply. Bad customer service.

I have ordered a little less than 10 Wave+ tools for family and friends the past 2 years. I find it to be an amazing product -- a must have for any adult. You suddenly decided to remove the sheath from the packaging without making it clear to the customer, while the price remained the same. I have spent thousands of euros to purchase your products and I intended to spend even more, since I consider your multitools to be the most useful of gifts. I will look for alternatives though because I was truly disappointed. Thank you.
