I cannot recommend Initially London highly enough! I ordered the monogrammed playing card box and the perspex card case as Christmas gifts for friends and family, respectively. As always, the whole process was effortless, professionally-managed and efficient. The web-site is well-designed, easy to follow and makes ordering straightforward. Initially London staff were in email contact between ordering and delivery and the fabrication and despatch time was tailored to my timings (which were not easy, just before Christmas!). And - of course - it was a delight to receive both items, which were excellent quality and flawlessly personalised! The recipients of each of them were thrilled.

All members of the family were delighted with monogrammed Cambridge Junior Backpack in Mustard. Perfect size for a smaller person. We chose Future border font, Colour 1 in Electric Orange & Colour 2 in Burgundy - it looks great!
