The item I order was not ready in time I had to call to find out what the delievery time was. I ended up picking it up from Peter Jones, even though I had paid for delivery! There was no gift message in the bag as had been requested in time of ordering. The handkerchiefs were all creased in the bag and I had to ask for them to be wrapped up in some tissue which wasn’t done very well. Overall, not a very good experience.
