Absolutely fantastic service and excellent embroidery for my sons initials on the cuffs of the shirt for my sons wedding . Really reasonable price compared to other companies. Would highly recommend 😁👍

Had a smooth and great experience. Will surely be back next summer for more embroidery work with them!

came with stated time frame, a little confusion over one item but promptly sorted. Well packaged and lovely touch of drawstring bag to protect.

This is an amazing idea. Brilliant service, and can't begin to tell you how happy I am with my beautifuly monogrammed towels. Highly recommend. What a lovely team they are too.

brilliant service- thank you for turning it around so quicky.

Great and fast work

The most amazing experience, staff were all fantastic. Loved it. Has elevated the pieces that I had monogrammed. Will definitely be back! Stitch work is exceptional!

The wash bag is lovely as is the font however the size of the engraving on the wash bag is gigantic and looks hideous. Not sure why it’s so large

I slot the comb into a birthday card as a thoughtful little gift. Love it

I unfortunately ordered the wrong size … it is too big and too heavy for daily use :( but

Very good job, adding a personal touch to gifts

Wonderful and swift. Very glad you have a concession in Peter Jones.

I got three items monogrammed and they are all so beautiful and special, thank you! ❤️

Beyond excellent and super fast Truly deserved 5stars

Excellent service

Fantastic quality and service! Highly recommend! Xx

Love my monogrammed pillow cases. Super helpful helping me choosing the font and positioning . Highly recommend them, such a great company .

Excellent service again!!

all done in 30 minutes

The item I order was not ready in time I had to call to find out what the delievery time was. I ended up picking it up from Peter Jones, even though I had paid for delivery! There was no gift message in the bag as had been requested in time of ordering. The handkerchiefs were all creased in the bag and I had to ask for them to be wrapped up in some tissue which wasn’t done very well. Overall, not a very good experience.
