Took my tire in yesterday. A situation was rectified from quite some time ago (unbeknownst to them) with no questions asked!! I was happy to and offered to pay for the tire but they wouldn’t let me. They certainly didn’t have to give it to me but they did. What a GREAT group of people to be associated with!! THANK YOU Global Bikes!!

I am continually impressed the excellent sales and service at the Ray Rd. And 101 Global Bike shop. I started out asking tons of questions a couple years ago to get back into the sport and even though I kept shopping and searching trying to figure out what to do they clearly were looking to help me best meet my biking goals. With there sales and service staff all having extensive experience they were the shop that best met my biking needs. I am now on my third bike from them and have taken my 3 son’s 5 bikes in on the spur of the moment with broken parts or tune up needs and their service has always been fast and superb. This particular service I came in with a bad flat using my son’s bike and they told me my options and fixed the tire On-The-Spot and I was out riding again with my boys on South Mountain. I have been to two other Global bike stores and they also were very knowledgeable and helpful getting me parts I needed right away. I recommend Global Bikes 100% 5 Gold Stars.

We had our bikes tuned up. When I picked them up Bryce was very helpful by helping me load and secure the bikes in my truck.

NPS 10. Yes I would recommend them. You gotta be crazy not to like this place. I mean it. Came in for my always free basic tune-up. They told me I needed brakes bled. Safety first - Hello! They also gave me expectations if it happened again and recommended parts without having to look them up in a some dusty old catalog. Ya, I am old...but these guys just Rock! Stump jumper comp hard tail back in the road. Thanks Global Biles!

They can and did. They were fast and reasonably priced, but more to the point they fixed it right the first time.

I have been into the Gilbert shop a handful of times for various items and service. Each time I've been impressed with the customer experience. You can tell these people enjoy helping others to get out on a bike and I always leave geeked to get riding. This last time in, Tim helped me get what I needed then spent some time circling on a map the best places to ride and where the group rides meet up. This wasn't necessary and was an unexpected perk. I have my eye on a new stumpjumper and will certainly be back!

I recently bought my second bike from Global. The knowledgeable staff once again, helped me pick the right bike for my needs and size. I take my bikes there for service when needed and they always do a great job. On the rare occasion when something goes wrong with my bike, I run over and they get me back on the road right away. I go to Global for all my biking needs.

I tweaked my chain and rear derailleur the other day on the lower Corona De Loma trail. Riding back home I decided to stop by Global Bikes to have it looked at. Ty was awesome. Put my bike up on the stand then replaced my chain and adjusted my rear derailleur. Had me out of the shop in under 15 minutes. Bringing the bike back for a Pro Tune after the Holidays. I needed shoes and cleats for my Peloton bike. I was greeted immediately by Timmy Mac, who was able to recommend the shoes and cleats that I needed. He was very familiar with the unique needs of a Peloton bike user. More importantly, he was able to help me to select the shoes that I needed, based on my unique needs. I have Guillain Barre Syndrome, so I experience neuropathy and numbness in my feet. Since I can’t feel my feet, it is important to wear shoes that don’t pitch my toes and cause blisters. Timmy explained that I needed a shoe with a wide, flexible toe box, as well as Velcro across the toes that can be adjusted for comfort. He spent a lot of time with me, helping to ensure a perfect fit. He also was able to educate me about the cleats that are necessary for the bottoms of my shoes that snap into the peloton bike. Timmy was also very kind and personable. Carly

I really enjoy going to this shop, I’m in quite often with my kiddo and they are always friendly, helpful and fast!
