When you walk into Global Bikes you are immediately greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable service team that is genuinely interested in helping you find the perfect bike or making your current bike the best it can be. I recently brought my Santa Cruz 5010 in for service as it was having some issues that other shops were unable to diagnose. I am so glad I went to Global Bikes! The Global Bikes team took great care of me and my bike has never ridden better. I am proud to call Global Bikes my bike shop of choice and I will definitely be back. We were looking for Aventon E bikes and Global Bikes is a dealer in the Phoenix Valley. Love the Chandler store on Arizona Ave, and the guys who work there. They were knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and patient. We returned two days later for adjustments and they got us right in and took care of everything. Highly recommended them.

We bought a used E Bike from a neighbor and had questions and looking to have the bike tuned up. We stopped by two different Global Retailers without any luck or help. One store even recommended we try the Global Mesa store for parts we were looking for. We went home, contacted IZIP E Bike Corporation looking for help and talked to another bike store who didn’t deal with E Bikes. We conducted internet searches and decided To check out Global Mesa Bikes store. Aaron was working, greeted us as we walked in, very helpful and recommended we leave the bike for a tuneup. The tuneup was completed as scheduled and they notified us via text. We picked up the bike, the mechanic and Aaron expressed their concerns about the bike, the mechanic explained the battery was fully charged and rechargeable, assisted us and showed us how to charge the battery and ordered the charger for us. We replaced a couple of other parts that they identified. Mesa staff made it easy to upgrade the tuneup and purchase various parts. They took the time to show us their concerns, safety issues and how to best utilize our bike. Thank you for educating us and helping us. We will continue to use Mesa Global Bike retailer and highly recommend their store if helpful, honest service is an important commodity.

Needed a spoke replaced. Was told it would be ready in two days. Received a call a few hours later that the work was done. Thanks for the speedy service!

I was hearing strange sounds on my bike so stopped in at Global Bikes in Ahwatukee and Keith greeted me with an open door (literally), inspected my bike right away, adjusted a few things (brakes, etc.), pumped up my tires and on my way I went! Service was great, friendly, and effective. Thank you.

I have bought 3 bikes from Global over the last 15 or so years and my son has purchased one. They are great about doing routine tune ups and also great when I take one of my bikes in for a tune-up or tire repair or whatever else. I recently had an accident with my bike. My son took it in and they did a complete safety inspection and made repairs so when I am able to ride again, I know my bike is in brand new condition.

Came in for a tire repair and shifter adjustment. Ron took my bike back and fixed the tire and was able to adjust the shifting quickly without having to leave it for a tune up! Much better shifting and improved rideability. Always a great experience at Global in Gilbert.

Polo and Ron helped me out getting our bikes ready for an Epic Mountain Bike Trip from AZ to MT. Not riding all the way, but stopping in Utah and Montana for some fun rides. Needed brake bleeding and associated maintenance. Thanks for your quick service and for all the staff being helpful. Also, thanks for hooking me up to a brand new Stumpy! Dropped off my bike that I bought from Global Bikes a few years ago for a basic service as my son is taking it with him to college next month. Always greeted with a smile and friendly hello and the bike service was completed in a few days and at no cost - really amazing. All my interactions with GB staff for purchase and service has always been extraordinary and I would never look elsewhere to purchase a bike or have it repaired.

We bought two e-bikes from this store. We had done some looking and stopped at two of Global's locations. We elected to buy at the Gilbert store. The day we purchased, Tim was running the place solo. He was incredibly busy with other customers coming in, the phone ringing, a truck needing to be unloaded. He was superb in answering all of our questions, giving us a run-through on operation, all the while dealing with everything else going on. He always maintained a positive attitude as well as keeping his composure in the midst of the busyness. We love our bikes and anticipate many pleasant rides in the future. I would deal with Tim any day.

In for a ProTune Up and upgrade to my 2018 Stumpjumper Expert Carbon which I purchased new from Global. As always great service and customer support. Followed thru on their recommendations and am now thoroughly enjoying my SRAM Eagle AXS set up. It's way beyond awesome and of course everything set up and working perfectly. Thanks again guys.

I've been driving the 25 miles to the Chandler Global Bikes since I bought my 2013 Stumpjumper. As Ron in the bike shop says, "I'll do everything in my power to make sure you can keep riding", and he's true to his word. Thanks to Ron and everyone at Global for always going above and beyond.

Friendly and professional service. I dropped in on the fly to have a clanging noise coming from my bike checked out. Stephen was super helpful. He took the back and made a few minor adjustments. My bike rides better now. I'll be back to the Tukee location to get the bike tuned up next visit.
