I had an old mountain bike that needed looked at and between getting help moving said bike to/from my car to Eric doing a quick assessment/fix, it was easier than I could have ever hoped for. Everyone was kind, helpful and obviously super knowledgeable. I had no clue what to expect heading in and I walked out knowing that anything bike-related I need, I’m coming back here.

Dustin went out of his way to fit us for bikes (bad knee) - put on shorter crank to make it work for us. For all of our bike needs we will go to Global - next up is bike carrier!!!

John was friendly, patient, and generous with his time and advice during my bike fitting for my two Trek bikes (Checkpoint ALR 4 and my hybrid). He took the time to share his process in the bike fitting, always focusing on keeping me safe on the road. I waited a few months to test out both my bike and I as I prepare for my first gravel camp in Flagstaff. The fitting changed my ride for the better, and I picked up very valuable advice. We recently had very positive experiences with 2 of their shops. The first, Logan was very helpful in providing us a gravel bike. He took the time to listen to us and discuss our needs. We did go to the Chandler North location to get fit. John was very meticulous and detailed in his analysis and fit. he spent quite a bit of time going over all the minor details of the bike and its interaction with the rider. I am quite impressed!

I went in looking for a few smaller items and everyone was beyond helpful. I ddin't catch his name but he went above and beyond assisting me. When I was browsing around I heard him helping a couple with a new bike. Bike wasn't in stock but he let them know which Global bike store had it. When he was assiting me he was suggesting tips I never even asked about or had thought about for maintenance. He has to be a huge asset to the success of the entire team. He had long hair, wish I knew his name.

Bo & Jacob helped me find my best fit. I started with a $350 mountain bike that I said was all I needed. After a few rides around my neighborhood, I realized I wanted a more capable bike. I called and asked for Bo, and Bo came to the phone, listened to my gripe, and told me to load up the bike and bring it back. I did. They accepted my return and allowed me to keep shopping. Bo said,” I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us.” He Again, was excellent and showed me several bikes and encouraged me to test ride them in their parking lot. I did. I chose a $1,000 mtn bike, thanked him, and returned home. Unfortunately, I again found that around my neighborhood, I was just missing something. The bike was great, but I needed just a little more. I once again called Bo, and AGAIN he said, John, bring it back and we will figure this out. So, I loaded up that bike and brought it back. This time however, I had notes and came prepared. After hearing my requests on a budget, they realized I was asking for the 2023 Trek EX 7 gen. 6, I believe. They didn’t have it so Jacob jumped on the computer and he and Bo started to order my bike. I truly, do NOT know if any other bike shop would have kept trying to help me. I was expecting,” hey man, this is the last time!” But that didn’t happen. Instead, they let me fail until I could understand what I needed to conquer my local neighborhood, hills, trails, concrete, asphalt and a lot of canal and desert terrains. My Super 73 e-bike was having derailleur issues. Another bike shop told me it had a faulty shifter. In 5 minutes Thomas had it working perfectly!. Take your e-bike to Global for service and check out the very cool Super 73 line.

WOW!!! - In 2006, I purchased My Specialized Epic Mt. Bike from Global Bikes. For the past 17 Years & Living in Boston and Now Back in Arizona, I have remembered Global Bikes for its Excellent Service. // Fast forward to 2023, I decided I wanted to Purchase a NEW BIKE but had no idea what kind. For a variety of reasons, I had not ridden my epic in Over 10 years, BUT, I Did Remember that I Purchased it From GLOBAL BIKES ((GREAT SERVICE!!)). With Sooooooo Many Choices & MANY Bike Shops in AZ, I KNEW I needed to CALL & Then visit Global Bikes in SOUTH Chandler. When I called BEN answered the phone, he was Very NICE, Complementary & Service Oriented. He is also Quite Knowledge - I was Impressed!! When I arrived, BEN greeted me with a SMILE and helped put my Uncertain Mind at EASE..... Since Ben is not yet an "Official Salesman" .... I had the Pleasure of working with LOGAN TOOMER. I am one who Values KNOWLEDGE & Patience and Logan is FILLED with KNOWLEDGE & Logan was VERY PATIENT... Logan LISTENED to ME... & He Offered Advice. Staff very polite, courteous and informative in the sales Dept. This company's ability to service (repair/replace) parts fail on a scale that cannot be measured. If its a ebike Aventon, DO NOT purchase it. They do not have an inventory of parts at the Corp level and will tell you anything to get you off the phone. We are looking at 6 to 8 weeks of down time, minimum. Just like buying a car, its Service after the Sale that counts.. Do your research, be skeptical of "their" review page. This is only part of the story!

Lost my trust and business. I can't find my review I posted

I usually won't write a review if it's bad. However, I am this time. I was satisfied with the help and knowledge of prior repairs. Then I took a bike in to get the tires fixed and mentioned how super excited I was that my neighbors had given me a nice mountain bike from Dicks Sporting Goods. Global fixed my tires and I was on my way. My friend put the bike on his car and didn't lock it down. The bike fell in the road and broke the chain and reel the chain and gears were on. I took the bike back today. They remembered I got this bike for free. Seemed to have compassion about the damage. They roughly quoted me around $100 in repairs. I said ok. 20 minutes later they called me and said the bike and frame ( mind you, it's a mountain terrain bike) we're far too damaged and it would be better for me to buy a new bike. Global staff offered to get rid of the bike for me. This was a top notch new nice bike. I said NO! And had my sister pick it up, which she took to a different bike shop and the new bike shop said it could be fixed for $125. Global Bikes has lost my trust, faith and business.

Hugo and Eric are wonderful, great guys to have service my bikes. I trust either of them to work on my bikes which says a lot, I love my bikes. I try to wrench on my own bikes as much as possible, but some things I just don’t know how to do properly and I don’t want to risk screwing something up. That’s when I bring by bike to Global and I’m always happy with the experience.

The process to get a Trek Marlin 4 XL that we wanted for our son was fast and very easy. The price and service was great.

I took my spare bike in to get tuned several months ago and never had the chance to ride it until recently. It needed some minor adjustments to the gearing, so I took it in for them to look at. Even though the initial tune-up was several months ago, they looked at it right away, changed out a cable, made a few more fine-tuning adjustments, and my bike is now awesome! AND.........., they only charged me less than $10 and had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. I will not use another bike shop!

Bo is the man- I don’t ride my bikes lightly and this place gets ’em up and running smooth again, every time. Friendly, great service and ALL e-bikes are welcome here, not just the expensive big name brands.

Went in expecting to have to drop my bike off for a few days and pay a fortune for repairs. They repaired my bike while I waited and only charged me $30. Great experience!

It is a great place to look for bikes very very helpful staff and knowledgeable. Price are reasonable to fit your budget ..they also offer bike class too...give them a try..

Global bikes sales and service is great. Dustin and the team are amazing and are always super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. The shop music at the Gilbert location makes me want to hang out longer.

I am autistic. I just bought a hybrid E bike on Saturday. The staff was awesome. Dylan was a big help for picking out a bike for me and let me test drive it. My hobbies is Airbus A321 aircraft, and being outdoors. I use my bikes to commute to my McDonalds job every day, and all my adventures. Good customer service. Can't go wrong with this store.
