Minor adjustments
Dropped by the shop today with two E-Bikes that needed some minor adjustments. The staff looked at the bikes on the spot and made all the adjustments/tweaks in about 30 minutes. They were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for servicing!

The mechanics are very thorough. Add to that, it is an extremely customer friendly atmosphere. It has a shop where you can feel confident you are getting the best service for the best value. Highly recommend it!

Limited service
Not happy! I needed work done on a little e-bike I have for the grand kids. The Global website made it look like a good place to go.....said it serviced all kinds of bikes. I went past several other bike shops to drop it off, only to be told the only service the bikes they sell. Misleading ad!

New Bike Service
The new bike 30 day service was excellent. In addition to the regular service, I needed help setting up the computer and adjusting the bike seat and handlebars. It took a week for this service to be completed.

New bike purchase
I have been a patron of Global Bikes in Gilbert for many years and have purchased three mountain bikes from them. I have always serviced my own bikes, but Dustin has been an advisor and mentor to me and answered any questions I had. I am now 77 and decided that mountain biking may be a bit much for me now. I talked to David Thomas and he discussed my situation with me. I decided to buy a Specialized Diverge E5 gravel bike, which I believe is perfect for me at my age. David did not pressure me in any way, but his input gave me the confidence that I was making a good decision. In addition, I decided that I was no longer going to work on my bikes myself and availed myself of the lifetime service program. Even though I consider myself to be an effective bicycle mechanic, I cannot come close to the expertise Dustin and his team have in this respect. I also received the complementary bicycle fitting that David, as the fit technician, does on new bikes . After a few rides, I have come to understand how much a proper fitting helps to get the most out of a bicycle. Thanks to everybody at Global Bikes for supporting me all these years.

Great Experience
Very helpful and friendly staff there ! Made sure the used bike I brought in for repair was safe and sound. Cashier even helped me bring my bike back into my car ! Will be back in future if I need any work done ! Great job!

My daughters bike had been stolen. Not only do they have the serial number on record to aid in recovery, they had all of teh details to help us find the right replacement.

I've been shopping at Global Bikes as long as I've lived in Ahwatukee, back when it was SMC. I get my bike serviced there every other year, and always go there first when I need accessories or parts. I bought a new (soft) saddle for my old mountain bike so that my daughter could use it. After installing it, I realized the seat post was a little too high for her, even at the lowest level. I brought the seat post into the store and asked if the guys could cut it down 1.5 inches. They had it done in 5 minutes, with NO CHARGE. Awesome service! Can't wait for the Demo Days to start back up again...

I phoned them to ask about the iZIP Vida and Timmy was so helpful in answering questions about the bike and about the SFL Plan, and I placed my order.When I picked up the bike, Aaron was equally helpful in helping me choose accessories based on how and where I would be riding. He also loaded the bike for me. The employees are friendly and helpful and the shop is well stocked. I'm glad I found them.
