Expert, fast, great and friendly service! My new favorite bike shop!!!

These guys have been super every time I need support. In this case they turned around my wheel quickly and right on point. They have good recommendations and are my go to Bike guys!

Global guys recommended a Specialized bike for me to alleviate back pain during rides. 1500 miles later (by far the most time and distance I’ve ever ridden) and 2 of the lifetime tuneups included in the purchase I am a very happy bicyclist and so happy I went to Global!

I bought a specialized turbo e bike from the Ahwatukee store. James and Doug offered exceptional service and options given that the bikes i was looking for was back ordered. James was in constant touch with specialized and Doug gave me good back up options in case of bike delays. Finally i got my bike and truly enjoying it. Given the current conditions every precaution was taken with respect to the safety. Feels good to support a very good locally owned bike shop. Keep it up guys..

Really great service. James was thorough and patient helping us select the bikes best suited to us. Vince put in extra time and effort to get the bikes assembled and ready ahead of schedule.

First off I want to thank Tim for offering me a extended demo ride on the new Stromer ST3 ebike, the experience was amazing ! I am a Specialized Como 4 rider that rides an average of 20 miles everyday and loves to ride. So I was excited to get the opportunity to take the demo ride. The ST3 was a blast to ride, it does not take long to get to max speed, which was 30 mph on this bike and I could maintain that speed with little effort ! The bike rides very smooth, shifts gears great and is a blast to ride ! I could tell this is a quality made bike just by looking at it, but after riding it, confirmed that it is. When the time comes to replace my Como 4 this is defiantly the bike for me !! THANKS TIM !

Had a broken shifter cable. Even though the shop was insanely busy Dustin did a quick fix for me on the spot. Even installed the new saddle I bought while waiting and I didn't even ask him to do that. The shop has always provided OUTSTANDING service! So much appreciated!

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and Very Helpful I have been taking my bike here for many years and looks brand new. Friend just got a new bike and Praised the staff.

They were better priced than any of the other shops in the area and were extremely efficient when I brought our bikes in to be boxed. Their follow thru was outstanding. They called be to let me know when the boxes were to be picked up and also called me when Bike Flights picked up the bike just to let me know. I was really impressed with their communications to us. I had back surgery 6 weeks ago & was looking for a new bike. I’ve been an advid bike rider for the last 10 yrs from road to mountain bikes so I’ve been in a lot of stores but this store is the best. David was so helpful & was really interested in finding the right bike for me. It was a great experience!

I highly recommend this Bike shop for purchasing your new bike and for new and used bike tuneups and maintenance service, All the staff are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond in answering questions to meet your best bike fit.

I won’t take my business anywhere else except to Global Bikes on Gilbert Rd as the staff is exceptional and always friendly. Their bike service is top notch and affordable and done in a timely manner. Best of all they are trustworthy and have a passion for biking. The guys in the shop are the best and my son and I appreciate them keeping us on the trails.
