Customer service is 100% useless.

I ordered a waterless diffuser and received a huge one that needed water. I also did not receive the oil I ordered. I am still waiting for a product return advice so that I can return it and hopefully get what I ordered. That was nearly a month ago.

My order arrived in a few days, well wrapped for travelling.

Contacted customer support via email 3 times, with one response which did not answer my question. Phoned multiple times with a message stating called out of hours but was calling during office hours finally got through and spoke to someone who was going to call me back. No call back. Again multiple times calling during office hours with the same recorded message. Eventually got through and spoke to the same person who had not called me back, to advise me of my inital question. Apparently the issue is resolved but still awaiting my refund. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and provision of a resolution.

Beautiful quality oils. We only ever buy In Essence. Relaxing blends, makes my home smell cozy.
