When I initially attempted to purchase, an error kept occurring when I chose PayPal Pay in 4. Two payments were processed on my card and I closed the website and started over choosing a different payment method so I could successfully purchase. The delivery of my purchase was prompt and the packaging was average (no thank you note or anything similar included, just the products).

It is so easy to place an order. I ordered this during the Christmas break and already have my delivery.

Service was good. Posting quick and efficient. Pricing is disappointing as I now see that I could have saved a lot if I had known about the sale.

Response to my enquiry took over a week. Dispatch was slow and items were not in stock as advertised. It then took two weeks to process my refund. Very disappointing experience and I would not buy from them again.
