I did contact you re the water free oil diffuser but don’t appear to have had a response (or did I miss it). My query was could you dilute the oil so it wasn’t as overpowering. Cheers

I can't use any other oils! The stress & anxiety blends are my all-time favourites, but honestly I have all the blends at home to use as needed. Every single time I use these oils at the clinic we always have people asking what we are using. I have not used any other oil brand for years!! Nothing else compares

Incorrect product delivered and nobody would reply to my emails for 3 weeks. When i finally received a response, they did not resolve my issue and have not replied to consequent emails. The worst customer service ever. I love Inessence products, but seriously, it’s not worth the effort.
