I absolutely love IE oils but they wait a week to post orders. If I did this in my business, I would have a bad rating, so it annoys me that companys as big as IE can make you wait a week before they even post items you bought. Communication is terrible, emails never answered. Their website it's great. But I'm truly over their aggorance. I only purchase items now on 40% off. They are now in the "Too hard basket" when so many great essential oil company's are out there and have Certified Organic oils for almost half the price of IE pure essential oils. I truly hope they lift their game.

Not very happy that the oil that says it has 300ml in it actually is 30ml short and came with a ‘tester’ label on it. I took photos and a video of the weighing of it.

Not great so far as I have 2 deliveries outstanding and have spent quite a lot of money. Also, I have never received any of the free samples in all of my orders. I hope the above situation can be rectified with you so I continue to purchase your products.
