I use this blend as part of my bedtime routine, usually diffusing it about half an hour before sleep, and it has become a favourite for nights when I want something softer and more rounded. I also enjoy lavender-based sleep blends and use them often, but Sleep No Lavender offers a different kind of calm. Instead of the familiar floral profile, this blend feels warmer and more cocooning, with a gentle citrus opening from Sweet Orange that eases the transition from a busy evening into rest. Marjoram and Roman Chamomile bring a deeply soothing, grounding quality that helps release nervous tension without feeling heavy or overly sedating. Compared to lavender blends, which I find excellent for immediate relaxation, this blend seems to support a slower, deeper settling into sleep.
