The items I received did not match my order at all. The response time was extremely slow, and I had to spend considerable time and effort returning the incorrect products. No compensation was offered despite the inconvenience caused.

I received items that were completely different from what I ordered. I also experienced a very long delay in receiving a response, and was required to spend significant time and effort returning the items. Despite the inconvenience caused by their mistake, I was refused any form of compensation. It's been over a month since I placed my order, but I still haven't received the replacement items that were supposed to be sent to me.

I am so pleased with my purchase of an In Essence diffuser and the sleep essential oil. The quality of the oil is great and I only needed a few drops to fill the room with the lovely aroma. I will definitely look at buying some of the other essential oils in their range. Delivery was prompt and was great to receive other unexpected gifts in the box I received. I also bought the same diffuser and oil for my daughter for her birthday and she is absolutely thrilled with it. Would highly recommend.
