Response to my enquiry took over a week. Dispatch was slow and items were not in stock as advertised. It then took two weeks to process my refund. Very disappointing experience and I would not buy from them again.

Love this product the role on glides on very easily and it is super handy to have in my handbag.

Practical effective and so easy to use. But, stock up on 10 ml bottles. Anything bigger than 15 ml you’ll have to decant into another one that fits the unit.

I ordered a diffuser and some essential oils. The diffuser came, but the oils didn't. When it rang I was told they were out of stock and that I would be getting a refund for the oils, and that it works take 5 - 7 business days. More than 3 weeks later, I still haven't received my refund.

Beautiful product, packaging is way too excessive and no doubt puts the price up considerably. It was sad to dispose of it but I had no use for it.

Had trouble receiving verification code on phone and email. Said sent but did not receive on phone or email. Eventually after several tries was able to proceed to PayPal payment. Not sure how I got the order through but received confirmation was successful.
