Easy to use wensitecc. Great products

Always love Zum! Only complaint this time with our last big order , is both lavender liquid soap pumps did not unlock for pumping. Fortunately we had another pump from a different soap brand that fit. Otherwise they’d be useless. This is not the first time this has happened. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars.

I love this Frankincense and Myrrh scent and can't get enough of it! The product is superb, the scent is wonderful, the shipping was easy and arrived quickly. One caveat: the soap is drying, not moisturizing, which is why I also purchased the Balm. Same scent, makes my skin feel like velvet! I will be buying on repeat!

Takes a few days to get out of the warehouse. I love that you use biodegradable packing chips! Opening my box of Zum products is such a delight as the smell wafts from the box.

Absolutely the best

The soap never dries my skin, lathers well, and the fragrances are many and wonderful. The laundry powder soap has been working well in my HE machine.

The return policy needs adjustment. Overall I like your products and would like to purchase them routinely, but your competitor companies have better ways to return products purchased online. This makes me reluctant to purchase in the future.
