Love my soap

Product is great but service is poor to nonexistent.

Fast shipping, and wonderful products!

Like the product. Delivery was great. When they advertised and say you get a free sample bar of soap and the picture shows 5 or 6 sample bars and you received what is shown you get upset. Just like whe it said 20% off when you add for mailing and you don't get it, it makes you mad. They don't say only on some items. I deleted you and you lost my business because you don't hold up to your promo promise. Its really sad because I like the product.

Helpful staff, identifying my sample from photo so I knew which to order, good communications & service, quick shipping.

I really enjoyed my Zum supplies. I fell in love with the Frankincense & Myrrh laundry soap, originally purchasing at Natural Grocers, but I wasn’t able to find the same scent there again- though they had other Zum products. I’m boycotting Amazon & Target due to their pro-Trump values, so I was slightly disappointed to see my shipment arrive in an Amazon package- which means they utilize Amazon and spend money with them. I’m willing to pay a premium to support ethical companies which is why I prioritized ordering it from Zum rather than Amazon. Hope you will consider and do better. It would get the 5 star from me if you did.
