Love your soap but lately it seems less of a scent which is a little disappointing. It is also lighter colored than what it used to be

I love this soap. It’s the only soap that maintains its fragrance until the very end. And these fragrances are SO nice.

The scent during washing and after drying is noticeably absent. Very expensive for no scent.

Would perfer straight Patchouli

I ordered Christmas gift baskets on December 5. They still haven’t arrived and most likely will not be here in time for Christmas. I’ve ordered from Zum in the past and I had the same experience. As far as I can tell, their customer service is non existent, I’ve emailed and have never received a reply or any indication that they heard from me. I like their products but only order if you can wait weeks to receive.

I got everything I ordered and in a timely manner. We love the zum soap, especially the sea salt. However the free samples they send we would like to know the scent of them as they are not marked.

Only soap that I love and isn't loaded with chemicals. I ordered it and was here really quick. Customer service was wonderful for helping with my order that was damaged during shipping. Love the website and all of the items you have to shop for.

It arrived quickly and nicely packaged. It took 5 days before order was shipped. Ordering online is easy. But hard to used discounts as that box wasn’t appearing at checkout. Had to log out and in multiple times.
